With more than thirty years of experience in training and coaching, I am a professional trainer (recognized by AIF), an NLP Master Trainer certified by the American Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming (Richard Bandler), and I trained in Italy, the UK, and the United States with leading experts in the field. I have lived and worked in London, New York, and Tokyo, integrating creative and managerial expertise into my approach. I have also founded academies in Italy and abroad, including RCA Coaching Academy and OlisMultimedia Academy, and I am the author of numerous books and multimedia courses.
